Brian Kavicky
Brian Kavicky – Sales Associate, Executive Coach
Following his graduation from Purdue with a degree in Management, Brian traveled out to Los Angeles to begin his business career. After managing three branches for Consolidated Electrical Distributors over a nine year period, Brian took the offer to join the family business and take over ownership as the next generation. He moved back to Indiana and began the transition to take over the company. After setting records for sales at Maddox Industrial Contractors, Brian hired Lushin to take his company to the next level and became a client.
For two years, Brian watched as the company began to strengthen in the marketplace despite a serious dip in spending in the Industrial market. Utilizing the Lushin team, Maddox was able to develop a consistent project pipeline, grow the customer base by bringing in strong new customers, and transform the sales process so that all of the sales people were working in the same ways.
As is common in family business, the succession plan was not working and Brian decided to leave Maddox. Looking for an opportunity to work with a wider range of business owners, Brian joined the Lushin team. Having had P&L responsibility in both the corporate and private small business world, Brian brings unique perspective to Lushin clients. Understanding how to develop a sales force, combined with the ability to form strategy, systems, and processes that make the business more efficient, Brian is able to help owners and sales managers elevate their performance.
