Nonprofit Application for Lushin’s Board Assessment
Lushin is excited to be able to offer free assessments to worthy Indianapolis-area nonprofit organizations. This assessment is the same tool Lushin uses for many of its clients who want to better understand the overall make-up of their organizations, in order to attract top talent, increase revenue, increase sales and better position the organization for success.
What you need to know:
Overview: As part of the assessment, each board member and executive staff member will be required to complete an online questionnaire, which will take 15 to 45 minutes. Lushin may request additional information from the nonprofit in order to fully analyze the findings. The analysis will take 14 to 21 days, after which, Lushin will meet with the board president and staff executive to present the findings and offer recommendations.
Eligibility: Nonprofit organizations within the greater Indianapolis area, which includes Boone, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Johnson and Marion counties. This assessment is best utilized for organizations that have at least five board members and five staff members.
