Lushin & Associates

A Sandler Sales Training Company

Testimonials

  • Before implementing the things I learned at Lushin I was a strong salesperson but was still stuck in the old ways of thinking that most salespeople are trapped in.

If you want to learn how, when and why you can have the conversations that you really should be having with your prospects then the teaching at Lushin and Associates can do nothing but help you.

  • Before Lushin I was frustrated that I was not accomplishing more than I was capable.  Lushin helped me to set specific goals and track their progress and my behavior; not only for sales, but for my life.  Without Lushin I would not have had attained milestones I would have never thought possible.

  • Caution!  This training is not for everyone!  Gimmick?  Perhaps. However, this statement certainly got my attention and caused me to investigate the possibility of this sales training program being something other than the same old thing.

What I first learned at Lushin & Associates was that everyone was very nice and professional.  Nothing different or special so far.  The next thing I discovered at Lushin & Associates was the man behind the name, Paul Lushin.  It took every bit of 4 seconds before I became comfortable with Paul.  He’s a genuinely caring individual.  You get that pretty quickly. After spending some time with Paul, I was convinced that The President’s Club was for me.  Thus, I joined The Club.

Now comes the part about the training not being for everyone.  About a month into the program, some personal issues came up.  I acted out angrily.  I went through emotional ups and downs.  I babbled and blamed and blasted.  Paul Lushin just listened.  He kept me in the fold.  He knew that better things lay ahead.  Paul thought more of me than I thought of myself. He accepted me, anger and all.  Yep, this sales training program is definitely something different than the same old thing.  It’s a life program.  It’s not for everybody.  It’s for those who are willing to land their egos, unruffled their feathers and fly a path to not only increased sales, but to a new way of doing life.

It’s now been almost two years since I joined The President’s Club. Paul Lushin still coaches and teaches and WAIT, THERE’s MORE!  Join today and you’ll benefit from knowing and learning from Aaron and Amy and Chuck!.

Oh, by the way, it’s not a gimmick.  It’s Truth.

  • Our entire sales staff goes to training at Lushin and we have each gained something different from the experience.  Each week, we are able to take a ‘nugget’ back to the office to help in our selling of tennis, setting goals or even dealing with situations in our daily lives.  The weekly training is not so much about what Aaron or Paul is necessarily teaching but what is learned from other colleagues – those real life experiences and how to apply what is being taught.

  • Both Paul and Aaron have made a tremendous impact on my life both professionally and personally they have challenged me on so many different levels and without that I would have never learned how to push myself to be my best

  • Lushin has helped me gain a skill set that has allowed me to ask the right questions, organize my thoughts, and maximize my time selling what the customer needs.  I use these skills everyday with both existing customers and new prospects!

  • Being new to sales, I would always waste time with clients who had no real intent to buy.  Now, with the “Up Front Contract”, I am much more accurate in qualifying clients.  It is no big deal to get the important information out front and make everyone feel more comfortable.  Lushin has also helped me to unlock potential in myself.  Being “real” in a sales call allows me to be myself and not look like the typical pushy used car salesman image that most people have.  This keeps my clients from jumping on the defensive.

One of my most recent victories was selling a truck scale in which, up front, I told the client my product would be higher priced.  I exclaimed to them, if they were buying based on price alone, I was not a good fit for them.  It made them understand that I did care about their problem.  I may have never been able to do that using my old selling techniques.

  • Once I got to know the staff of Lushin, I realized they really care about my success. My Lushin training has made me a better manager and a better person.  Thanks!

  • I am a huge believer in the value of sales training. Lousy salespeople hurt our economy and are responsible for their clients missing opportunities due to their own incompetence. As you know, top producers outsell all others by wide margins. Becoming good in sales in my early twenties allowed me to start a business at age 29 that sold $3M last year and should $4M to $6M this year.

Having 30 years in sales, I had hundreds of hours listening to tapes of Zig Ziglar, Tom Hopkins, etc… along with seminars that cost up to $5,000 each.  I can tell you that the Sandler/Lushin training is far more effective than all the other techniques and is impossible to forget once you do it.

Everyone really prefers feeling honest about what they do instead of being slick and manipulative to make a sale.  The Sandler approach gives you that immediately.  Instead of intense thinking, listening, and pitching your guts out as soon as you sense an opening, you let the most desirable and productive process happen.  Sandler helps you cut the crap in the first two minutes of a meeting or phone call.  Instead of a stupid game of cat and mouse and distrust, you just naturally work together with your prospect to see if you can help them.

Our company quickly got the essence of Sandler which is the attitude that you don’t have to push.  Every day someone at EMS mentions how they “Lushin’d someone”….meaning they quickly changed the direction of some sales interaction.  That alone made us far more effective.  If we attend more classes to become proficient in more techniques, we’ll get better still.
