Whitney Lushin - Sales Associate, Customer Service Trainer
After years of growing and maturing his knowledge and skill set through positions in retail, insurance sales, and property management, Whitney made the transition into his current professional career—to support his family roots at Lushin & Associates.
Prior to becoming an associate, Whitney was business manager at Lushin with his main focus being to develop and maintain a great client and future client experience. He did this by putting together internal processes for aiding business growth, hosting and coordinating events, and assisting the marketing associates with campaigns. Whitney was the face of Lushin internally for clients and future clients. He would field all questions and concerns that clients or future clients would have as well as handle all of Lushin & Associates social media.
Whitney has since evolved into an associate position, adding customer service training to Lushin’s portfolio. Whitney has applied his years of customer service skills to develop and mold a unique customer service training program that puts together a process for dealing with difficult customers, understanding different communication styles, and giving frontline people the confidence to ask more of the right questions that can lead to more business. Whitney’s outgoing personality and talent for creating connections has given him the foundation and experience to deliver premium training to customer service professionals.
