Lushin provides its clientele with much more than motivational “quick fix” sales seminars. The Lushin team agrees with the psychological studies that prove memory can fade quickly. During even the most inspiring seminars – and immediately following – participants often “feel good” and plan to put into action the ideas they’ve just heard. However, 48 hours later most individuals can only remember a few one-liners and power phrases. As a result, no permanent change occurs in their sales performance.

There is a world of difference between the so-called “quick fix” training and the reinforcement training provided by Lushin. Effective training demands reinforcement. Reinforcement training takes time, certainly more than one or two days! And it requires committed trainers to help individuals and companies make significant and lasting changes.

Because of its high standards and commitment to clientele, Lushin executes a very specific assessment process that must first be completed before training is to begin. Not unlike a doctor, Lushin uses assessment and evaluation tools to diagnose problems within a company and/or individual that may be as minor as a sales “sore toe” or as serious as a “sales cancer.” With no room for interpretation, the results from such assessments and evaluations make the traditionally subjective, objective. In other words, the testing tools tell it like it is. By discovering the strengths and weaknesses of a company and/or individual, Lushin can then move on to develop a comprehensive training strategy designed to achieve the desired growth outcome. Simply put, Lushin assists its clientele to get from where they are to where they want to be by using testing and training disciplines that are not only practical and sensible, but also highly effective.
